1. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 8 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped from our warehouse, whichever occurs earlier.

• If the order has already been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
• Refund for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method.
• For cancellation requests, customers must contact support with their order details.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility

Refund or replacement may be approved in the following cases:

• The product delivered is damaged during transit.

• Refund request made after 48 hours of delivery.
• Damage caused due to improper storage or handling by the customer.

4. Ayurvedic Product Disclaimer

LIVVRA products are based on traditional Ayurvedic formulations and natural ingredients. Results may vary from person to person depending on body type, lifestyle, and health conditions.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Customers are advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if they have medical conditions, allergies, or are pregnant.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our quality team, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
• Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

6. Replacement Policy

In cases where the product is damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement requests must be raised within 12 hours of receiving the order.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error from our side such as:
